It is manufactured using leak-proof stainless steel column and skid mounted version for generating high purity medical and industrial oxygen.

Oxygen cylinder filing plant for industrial and medical applications

Oxygen cylinder filling plant is ideal for meeting the requirements of small to medium scale industries. Usually, small industries tend to store oxygen in oxygen cylinder for future use. In other words, it is their O2 backup in case the plant mal-functions. We manufacture and supply cylinder filling systems in various capacities as per the customer requirements. Cylinder filling system comprises of cylinders, liquid pump, cryogenic storage tank and cylinder manifold, both of which are made with stainless steel for durability and dependability. Hospitals also prefer to use cylinders for meeting their requirements of medical oxygen.

By default, our O2 plant generates oxygen in liquid form. However, the O2 cylinder filling plant is equipped with a liquid pump that draws LOX from the condenser of column –cold box and compresses the same to pressure between 150-200 bar. Then LOX passes through an internal gas vaporizer inside the cold box automatically converting liquid oxygen into high pressure O2 for filling into cylinders. And, the process does not lose any purity and is bone dry (-60 dew point). There is no contamination in oxygen filled into cylinders. Oxygen gas coming out of the cold box with purity up to 99.7% at high pressures directly filled into cylinders of oxygen cylinder filling manifold.
